Join Annie for this introductory workshop into the magical world of Gong & Sacred Sound Healing. This workshop seeks to open a portal to introduce Gong & Sound healing & the basics of how to work with Sacred Sound Instruments & create a foundation to becoming a Gong/Sound practitioner.
 
You will be introduced to some methods & techniques that Annie developed & learnt over the past 10 years to shape her own unique relationship with Sound & her own personal way of facilitating & curating Gong/Sound sessions.
 
This is an interactive session that incorporates opening up sacred space, learning, sharing, interacting & experiencing a mini Sound bath.

Come with an open heart & a curious mind.
No prior experience is required.
Bring notebook, pen & water to hydrate.

Annie Keshishian (Arjan) is a Certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Master, Certified teacher & practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, therapeutic Yoga Nidra and Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance by Great Gong Master Don Conreaux.

She strongly believes that the Divine frequency of Sacred Sound, combined with the potent energy of Kundalini Yoga, has the ability to transform the mind, body and soul into a deep receptive & therapeutic state of being. She feels a very strong connection to our vast universe, plants, planets, Pachamama (Mama Earth) & all the sentient beings residing within her & on her majestic existence. She considers herself to be a life long student of Sound medicine, Astrology, occult studies, Magick, Divination & Spirituality.
