Screen Shot 2014-05-19 at 2.03.05 PMAs someone who works in the health and wellness field, the number one complaint of those I work with is digestive issues–IBS, bloating, gas, heartburn, and discomfort to name a few. Digestive related discomfort can not only effect our physical body, but it can also have a negative impact on our outlook and mood, and can be a sign of illness elsewhere in the body. Ancient yogis understood that good digestion is key to radiant health and sought to understand the mind-body connection. Join us in learning to integrate these simple techniques into your home practice.
– Angela Hanes

The practice will include elements from a variety of yogic styles: kundalini kriyas, hatha poses, pranayam and meditation. The workshop will also include a brief information session on how the digestive system works, and on dietary choices/changes you can make to assist in the process.
