- Yoga sets to balance the brain, reduce fear, strengthen the nervous system and more
- Meditations to change patterns of thinking, eliminate unwanted thoughts, and cultivate new habits
- Mantras (chants) to help balance, heal, and connect with our spirits and cultivate self love
