Come explore the magic of yin yoga and its relation to your subtle body. Expect long deep supported holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Our longer holds provide a meditative experience to open up fascial tissue and consciously move towards a more responsive (rather than reactive) state of being. The practice can help your body restore a greater range of motion, become more resilient, and leave you feeling as though you’ve had a massage.
This workshop will systematically move from the base to the crown exploring, assessing, and visualizing each chakra along the way. No prior yoga experience is required, all are welcome.
As a bonus, you are welcome to join us afterwards with a 45-minute deep relaxation accompanied by live gong, included in your workshop fee (Day 2 of 12 Nights of Gong).
Date & Time
Friday February 16th
7:00 – 9:00 pm
With optional gong relaxation afterwards from 9:15 – 10:00 pm.
