About the Teacher
Claudia Gaviria comes from a lineage of South American healers. Her life’s work is to share her passion for Reiki, nutrition, and yoga. She believes that true healing includes the whole, authentic being: mind, body and soul.
Claudia is a plant-based chef and caterer. When she’s not in the kitchen, she offers Reiki healings, yoga classes at a transitional home for women in recovery, and Restorative Yoga at Lotus. She also teaches plant-based nutrition in Colombia, Mexico and Ecuador, and caters yoga retreats around the world.
