Join Krista Amar Atma Schilter for a new weekly Kundalini Yoga practice exploring the masculine and feminine energies that exist both within and without. Together we’ll breathe, we’ll move, we’ll rest with gong, and we’ll meditate. Each class we’ll close with a venus kriya – a partnered tantric meditation to balance the sun and moon energies that live inside of us. Expect a short discussion around theme and how we can heal collective wounds from a neutral space.[/cs_text][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][cs_section parallax=”false” style=”margin: 0px;padding: 20px 0px 45px;max-width: 900px;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;”][cs_row inner_container=”true” marginless_columns=”false” class=”wpricing” style=”margin: 0px auto;padding: 0px;”][cs_column fade=”false” fade_animation=”in” fade_animation_offset=”45px” fade_duration=”750″ type=”1/1″ style=”padding: 0px;”][x_custom_headline level=”h3″ looks_like=”h5″ accent=”false” class=”mtn mbm spaced”]Date & Time[/x_custom_headline][cs_text]Tuesdays, 12:00 – 1:15 pm
