Introducing our next 40-Day Challenge: The Stable Self. Join us to integrate an internal sense of stability into your everyday life and experience the magic of practicing the same meditation for 40 days.
Each class includes warm ups, a Kundalini Kriya (yoga set), and the Meditation for a Stable Self. The main effect of the meditation is complete stability of the Pranic Body. This means an increase in the sense of self, increased good judgement, and elimination of “normal insanities.” We often have conscious or subconscious fears, which make us jumpy and irregular in our judgement and in our trust of the inner self. This meditation removes the reactions to fears and makes you steady.
Can’t make it in to the studio? Classes are also available via livestream and video replay, so you can practice from your own home, at your own time.

Kundalini Yoga acts as a powerful technology to completely transform your life. The deep breathing, undulating movements, meditations, and mantras work together to reset your nervous and glandular systems, uplift your moods, make your body strong, and bring more clarity and ease to your mind. It’s kind of magical. The thing is, you have to actually do the yoga to experience the difference.
In Kundalini Yoga, a daily practice is the quickest way to transform yourself and a 40-day period is the minimum amount of consistent action that is required to solidify a habit. That’s why we love offering 40-Day Kundalini Yoga Challenges. Practice in community, commit to coming each morning, and watch what happens! (Hint: it really works).

- 30 in-person and/or at home livestream Kundalini Yoga classes with warm ups, a yoga set, and meditation (1 morning class per day, Mon-Fri, with home meditation practice on weekends)

- Teacher & community support in committing to a daily practice and completing a 40-day meditation to build a stable self
- 2 potluck gatherings at Gurushabd & Nash’s home to get to know your fellow students and teachers
The challenge is open to all, no matter your level of physical fitness or experience with Kundalini Yoga. Everything is scaleable – move at your own pace and fitness level.

About the Teachers
Originally from Mumbai, India, Nash DSouza came to Canada in 2015 and fell in love with the Kundalini Yoga. Nash teaches Kundalini Yoga because it offers a tangible path in the real world to self awareness and transformation. He guides students to notice their patterns of reactivity in class, move through them, and in doing so feel more fulfilled in everyday life.
Gurushabd Khalsa teaches welcoming classes with a graceful spirit and a deep gratitude for whoever walks through the door. Her classes have a smooth flowing rhythm, and she shares the truly transformational techniques of Kundalini Yoga in a simple, accessible, and profound way.
Bir Kaur Khalsa is a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and owner of Warrior Spirit Healing Arts. She offers healing and teaches people with chronic pain how to harmonize their mind, body and spirit through Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini Yoga therapy and Zero Balancing. She has over 17 years of experience in the physiotherapy field.
Dharm Kaur (Ela Bielski) has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1991. She was fortunate to meet Yogi Bhajan in 1997 and take the Master’s Touch Teacher Training him. Studying at the feet of the master transformed her life. She is now KRI certified Level 1 and 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher. Dharm’s calling has always been to provide these sacred teachings to those who need them the most – for many years teaching by-donation community classes at the Howard Park United Church and volunteering for women breaking from addictions and for homeless youth. For the last five years Dharm’s focus has been on teaching at the Jean Tweed Centre and at the Covenant House – seeing positive uplifting impact on women in residential programs as well as on street kids sheltered by Covenant House keeps enriching her heart. Presently Dharm Kaur’s goal is to become a trainer for the Beyond Addiction Recovery program.
