Summer Solstice Celebration

Friday, June 21st, 6:00 – 9:00pm

With Eva Blumenfeld and Rachel Larabee

The Toronto Kundalini Yoga community, Lotus Yoga and The Garden invite you to join In Person for a transformative journey.

Please join Eva Blumenfeld and Rachel Larabee for a Summer Solstice Celebration on the Strawberry Full moon – Friday June 21st. Together we will expand the Inner Sun and honor National Indigenous Peoples day as well as honour the Haudensaunee teachings of the Strawberry.
On the longest day of the year we invite you to gather with us to clarify and strengthen the embodiment of our Inner Sun through the science of Kundalini Yoga as well as honour our connection to Mother Earth and our relationship to Indigenous Peoples across Turtle Island.
We will activate our light through intention setting, Kundalini Yoga Kriya and Meditation, the power of group consciousness, as well as drumming, songs, a ceremony that completes with delicious strawberries, and of course a bonfire!
Yogi tea will be served afterwards. We would also like to gift you a Summer Solstice token, a heartfelt reminder of all you are manifesting in the coming season.
Sharing blessings of this vibrant season!
