Spring is a time for new beginnings. All around us the momentum of growth is apparent. Shoots erupt from the earth, flowers reveal their beauty, bees distribute precious gifts of pollen, buds and leaves burst forth, and animals delight in the business of procreation. Spring invites us to redefine who we are and what we want to create. After cocooning ourselves in winter, we are ready. The next cycle of our lives has begun.

Our Spring Yoga Cleanse, designed by Sat Dharam Kaur ND, will support you in making a fresh start. When we improve detoxification of the liver and gallbladder, physically and emotionally, and let go of pent-up emotions, we create room for something wonderful to be born. When your liver is working well, you feel lighter, energized, and have a greater capacity to filter internal and external toxins.

Taught by Kundalini Yoga teacher Gurushabd Khalsa and Dr. Chelsea Schreiner ND, The Spring Yoga Cleanse uses Naturopathic Medicine, Kundalini Yoga, and dietary changes to facilitate detoxification and rejuvenation. Join us for 5 morning yoga sessions, April 25th-29th, and be supported in making simple dietary changes at home for forty days to cleanse inside and out.

Spring Cleanse Overview
There are two components to the Spring Yoga Cleanse – things we do in our morning classes, and a dietary cleanse that you will do at home. You will be fully supported in completing both.

In-Class Cleanse
Join us for 5 morning classes with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, tea, and educational sessions about the cleanse. The yoga exercises and meditations will cleanse the liver and gallbladder and help us to detoxify. Each morning we cover a new component of the cleanse, as follows:
Morning 1 – opening the routes of elimination
Morning 2 – increasing bile flow
Morning 3 – improving liver detoxification
Morning 4 – the liver flush
Morning 5 – cleansing the gallbladder

Home Cleanse
Your at-home dietary changes are the most transformative aspect of the Spring Yoga Cleanse. We’ll support you with clear and simple instructions and an easy to understand manual that includes recipes. You have the choice of making dietary changes for 5 days, or going for the full 40 days.

We start with a 5 day liver & gallbladder cleanse, consisting of smoothies, juices, alkaline broth soup, fibre drinks, tea, and plenty of water. It is important that you have access to a blender for the smoothies. Ideally you will also have access to a juicer. The next 35 days of the Spring Yoga Cleanse diet focus on getting olive oil, flaxseed oil, vegetables, salads, broccoli sprouts, seeds and herbs into your diet and staying away from dairy, wheat, sugar and fried foods.

Registration for the Spring Yoga Cleanse includes:
– 5 morning classes at Lotus Yoga Centre of cleansing Kundalini Yoga, meditation, discussion, and tea
– Support in completing a 5 day liver & gallbladder dietary cleanse and a 35 day spring dietary cleanse
