A 4-Week Series for Spinal Mobility and Deep Release
With Alejandro Santiago
In Person & Online Mon. 7-8:30pm, Nov 17, 24, Dec 1, 8
Your spine is the axis of your physical and energetic body — the bridge between breath, movement, and awareness. In this 4-week series, you’ll explore gentle yet profound practices designed to awaken mobility, relieve tension, and restore fluidity to your spine.
Each class weaves together:
Pranayam Breathwork to expand your energy and calm the nervous system
Kundalini Kriyas to build mobility, improve flexibility, and awareness
Deep, supported stretching with extended holds to safely increase range of motion
Postures to release tightness and nourish connective tissues
Anatomy insights to help you understand and care for your spine
A closing gong sound bath to integrate the practice through deep rest
This is a space to breathe, stretch, and move—at your own pace. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your connection to your body, this series supports you in building flexibility, improving mobility, and cultivating ease from the inside out.
No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Alejandro Santiago is a Life Coach and yoga instructor.
He first experienced the benefits of kundalini yoga when he was a student at Parsons School of Design in New York City. To cope with the stress of university he cultivated a practice of pranayama, an ancient form of yogic breathwork.
Today, He teaches people how to get out of their heads and into their breath by merging the western practices of Mindfulness based in self-compassion and yogic pranayama meditations. He studied Compassionate Inquiry, a therapeutic approach to uncover and heal trauma in our bodies created by Dr. Gabor Maté.
When he’s not teaching and coaching he works as a portrait photographer in Toronto.
