Introducing a new initiative at Lotus – The Sharing Circle. We are hoping to create an opportunity for you to experience deep self investigation, exploration, and the freedom to be vulnerable, seen, and heard.
Give yourself an opportunity to grow and connect with others. The Sharing Circle is a chance for us to examine where we are at on an individual level, in regards to our own personal strengths, blocks and challenges. This month’s theme is self-acceptance.
We will speak our truths and set intentions, followed by a Kundalini Yoga kriya and meditation practice to help us move through and process our emotions. After deep relaxation, we then return back into a circle to reflect and share our victories and stories in a loving, safe and supportive space.
No prior experience is required, all are welcome.

About the Teacher
Steven Nunnaro discovered Kundalini Yoga after hitting a bottom in addiction and depression which became the solid foundation for his recovery. That experience was a transformational process, which has filled him with love, compassion and gratitude for the chance he now has to share what he has learned and be of service to all who desire it. Yoga, for Steve, is a way of life and is a constant growing experience that he feels blessed to now be able to actively take part in.
Steven believes in the power of community and sharing along with yoga to be an indispensable tool for healing and transformation. He is a Recovery 2.0 certified Yoga Informed Recovery Coach, a KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and sponsor to individuals working the 12 steps and mentor to those walking the path.
