Join our teacher Krista at her 1000 sq ft plot at Fresh City Farms (in Downsview Park at Keele/Sheppard) for a chance to get your hands dirty and your state elevated. We will tune in with a grounding meditation in the field to connect with the full moon. We’ll do some gentle stretching. And we will get muddy and sweaty digging and weeding as we prep the beds for planting. Open to everyone. Please dress in your farm gear: mud boots and a wide smile. Tools provided.
