Restorative Yoga is back on our Sunday night schedule!

Join Michelle DiMillo for Restorative Yoga with Gentle Touch. Deeply relax, repair your nervous system, and leave feeling nourished and rejuvenated. Restorative Yoga is suitable for all bodies and physical abilities. You will be guided into passive postures supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps to assist your body in opening and softening. Gentle adjustments, light massage and Reiki energy will be offered to release tension and stress.

Michelle DiMillo began her journey with movement as a dancer and later became a passionate yoga student, experiencing transformation energetically, emotionally and physically through the teachings of yoga. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification through Yandara Institute in 2012, and has since dedicated her life’s work to sharing spiritual and yoga practices as medicine to heal, awaken and re-connect to the heart and body. At this present time, Michelle teaches and trains between Toronto, Canada and Costa Rica. She is also a practicing Reiki and Thai-yoga Massage therapist, and her treatments infuse massage and energetic healing to provide relaxation, tension release and emotional balance.
