Kundalini Rebirthing Workshop

Transmuting suspended memories & reclaiming yourSelf.

Saturday, May 25th, 1:00-3:00pm

Laura Quinn

“You want to suspend time, but you can’t suspend time; therefore, you suspend a memory. And thus, you create a twilight zone in your life. You are, but you are not.”

Our most impactful memories carry strong emotions that get stuck in the mind and body, until we release them. It’s common to try to forget what has been painful and just move on, but the memory and emotion remains active in the subconscious mind. There are times that taking space from a situation is necessary, and there are also times that we can integrate and heal so we can live fully in the present. This is what we will do in this practice. We will do a rebirthing kriya designed to help us process our suspended memories so that we can live our most authentic and joyous lives.

We will move through a powerful set of breath-work, movement, and meditation for release, healing and a deep reset. Flow of the afternoon:

· Brief introduction
· Physical warm up
· Rebirthing Kriya
· Gong relaxation

Space is limited to 15 participants. Pre Registration is absolutely required. Address details will be provided upon registration.
