Welcome
Lotus provides you a nurturing home to explore Kundalini Yoga.
Expect to shift, uplift, and transform your life.

Kundalini Yoga is different. We breathe, chant, dance, laugh, sweat, and even cry as emotional blocks are released from the body. It’s meditative. It’s spiritual. It’s for people seeking to shake up their lives and connect deeply with themselves.
If you’re exploring Kundalini Yoga for the first time, use our Newcomers’ Special and enjoy unlimited classes for 3 weeks. We recommend attending classes with at least 5 different teachers for a well-rounded introduction to the practice.

Newcomers’ Special
3 Weeks for $33
Attend unlimited classes for 3 weeks (activates on date of first class). Plus, receive 15% off your next class pass if purchased within 3 weeks!
Our classes are designed for all bodies, and are open to all levels of experience (in fact, there are no ‘levels’ in Kundalini Yoga). No one should feel intimidated to join any class. If you can breathe and lean in the right direction, you’ll experience the benefits. Exercises are modified for different bodily limitations. You’ll move and breathe at your own pace.
Things To Know Before Coming To Class
Signup
Online signup is encouraged but not required. It helps us save time before class. To signup, visit our schedule page. If you can’t signup online, no worries – walk-ins are always welcome.
What To Bring
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring a water bottle, and try not to eat anything heavy an hour and a half before class. Yoga mats are complimentary and included in the price of your visit.
Scent-Free
That beautiful rose-oil spray is lovely for you, but may cause the student beside you to get the sniffles. Remember that others in class may have allergies to fragrances. Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other scented personal products.
Arrive Early
Arrive 10 minutes early. Give yourself the chance to relax before class and leave the rush behind. One of our teachers or volunteers will sign you in. Leave your shoes at the bottom on the stairs, and hang your coats and bags in the yoga room.
Phones Off
Our yoga space is a texting/swiping/scrolling/buzzing-free zone. When you enter, put your cellphone on airplane mode, or turn it completely off. If you need to check your phone between classes, please take it out to the lounge area.
Talk To Your Teacher
Teachers are here to serve YOU! Please talk to your teacher and ask questions (before or after class). If you are new to Kundalini Yoga, pregnant, or have a bodily limitation, please let your teacher know before class.
Move at your own pace
During practice, always move at a pace comfortable for you, and be respectful towards your body. There are modifications for every exercise – ask us if you have a concern about a posture so we can provide you with an alternative.
Roll It Up
Help us keep clean. If you use one of our yoga mats, please spray it lightly and wipe before rolling it up.
