Enjoy the first day of your year in community. Together we’ll move, we’ll pray, we’ll chant, we’ll explore the tantric numerology and outlook of the year ahead.
Krista Amar Atma Schilter will lead us through a slow flow, Kundalini Yoga, and a meditation to set the tone for 2019. Claudia Gaviria will offer the magic of tarot and provide healing reiki energy work while holding space for the heart-opening powers of ceremonial cacao. Annie Keshishian will lead us through intention setting and offer her signature mix of smudge and sound therapy including gong, flute, and bowls.
Come with an open mind and we’ll take care of opening the heart, together.

About the Teachers
Krista Amar Atma Schilter feels the infinite pulse coursing through all that is and encourages her students to get curious about that which is unseen but felt; to negotiate polarities in some kind of way so we come out radiantly alive with a deeper connection and trust in self.
She approaches the teachings with reverence and delight and endeavours to keep it light and full of support for our indivisible uniqueness.
She teachers Yin, Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga at studios around the city.
Claudia Gaviria is a Vegan chef, yoga teacher, and nutritionist, excited to share her passion of the healing properties of natural foods. She is thrilled to offer this cacao ceremony as a spiritual fusion between foods, yoga, and healing. She will be setting the deepest intentions into a concoction of raw chocolate and winter spices.
Annie Keshishian (Arjan Priya) is a Reiki Master, certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, therapeutic Yoga Nidra and Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance by Gong Master Don Conreaux. She immerses herself in the world of Sacred Sound Healing by playing the Gong, wind chimes, singing bowls, tuning forks, shamanic flute and drums. She strongly believes that the divine frequency of sacred sound, combined with the powerful energy of Kundalini Yoga, heals the mind, body and soul. She feels a strong connection to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and to all beings in this vast universe and is honoured to be a channel for the teachings of Yoga, Sacred Sound and some shamanic traditions to be passed on to the community.
