4:30 – 6:00pm
with Anu Jhajj
Unfortunately, this meditation is presently cancelled. We will let you know when it returns.
Naam Simran Meditation
Naam Simran is a chanting meditation that will guide you to move beyond the physical dimension. “Naam” describes the sound current at the origin of all creation and “Simran” means remembrance. We will begin by chanting Wah – Guru to connect our energy. As we create relaxation in the body we will release the chant, allowing the body to sleep and consciousness to awaken. We will continue to alternate between chanting and silence in order to condition the mind and go deeper into our practice.
This 1.5 hour class will begin with basic instructions, before moving into an hour of guided chanting and meditation. Each class will use slightly varied approaches and connection techniques. We will conclude with an opportunity for questions and to connect with experiences of other participants.
Cushions and blankets are provided. Please bring any extra-comfy meditation props you like to use, as we want to seat the body in the easiest way possible. A water bottle is recommended.
REGISTRATION: Space is limited to 15 participants. Pre Registration is required. Address details will be provided upon registration.

Anu Jhajj has been learning Naam Simran from her teacher since 2019 in Canada and in India. Prior to meeting her teacher, she tried countless practices and lifestyles, but felt a constant unease that something was ‘missing’. She poured her energy into work, but never felt like it was enough. It is through the discovery and deepening of her Simran practice that she felt something stable begin to grow inside of her. She then shifted her work to focus on helping leaders and executives re-align their approaches to productivity in order to achieve greater results with less effort and more ease. She is passionate about supporting individuals who are awakening in consciousness, and helping them to integrate and expand their transcendent experiences.
