Kundalini Rebirthing Workshop:
Getting Rid of Suspended Memories

with Bir Kaur

Gurushabd Khalsa Expired Workshops

Yogi Bhajan taught a series of Kundalini Yoga rebirthing kriyas in the late 80’s which all have a profound power to clean the subconscious mind so you can live in harmony with your soul.  These kriyas help people from all walks of life deeply know who they are from a soul level. In this workshop, Bir Kaur will guide you through two of those kriyas. They will focus on helping you identify and release memories that present a facade in your present life. These facades cause people to suspend memories and projections preventing them from knowing their true personality.

“There are two forces in the life of a human: love and fear. Love makes you kind, and fear makes you unkind. Both forces have a result. We are the by-product of these two forces.” ~Yogi Bhajan

This workshop is perfect for the intermediate student or enthusiastic beginner as meditations and kriyas are longer in time than a typical Kundalini class. Note this rebirthing kriya is unique compared to rebirthing kriyas from other lineages. Due to the need to effectively cover and understand the lecture content and meditations, there will not be a warm up for this class. No prior experience is necessary.

Please arrive early to avoid disrupting the group. Thank you.
