Kundalini Rebirthing Workshop:
Clearing the Ghosts of your Past & Opening Your Intuition

with Bir Kaur

Gurushabd Khalsa Expired Workshops

Yogi Bhajan taught a series of Kundalini Yoga rebirthing kriyas in the late 80’s which all have a profound power to clean the subconscious mind so you can live in harmony with your soul.  These kriyas help people from all walks of life deeply know who they are from a soul level. In this workshop, Bir Kaur will guide you through one of those kriyas. This one will focus on how to clear the ghosts of your past and open up to your intuition.

“Living needs discipline. You are dismal without discipline. Discipline is that grit, that strength, that organization in you, for you. People think, “Why do I have to meditate?” I say, “To clean your subconscious.” Why do you have to take a bath? Because you don’t want to stink. You meditate so that your mind won’t stink.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

This workshop is perfect for the intermediate student or enthusiastic beginner as meditations and kriyas are longer in time than a typical Kundalini class. Note this rebirthing kriya is unique compared to rebirthing kriyas from other lineages. Prior to completing the rebirthing kriya you’ll complete a warm up and short lecture. No prior experience is necessary.

Please arrive early to avoid disrupting the group. Thank you.
