Kundalini Breath

With our average of 1000 breaths an hour, the daily opportunities to learn from our breath are immense. By developing the habit of observing and regulating the breath, we can use it as a tool for deep listening and self-transformation.

Join Nash D’Souza for a Kundalini Yoga class with an emphasis on breath as an anchor for your awareness. Expect to learn new breathing techniques to powerfully shift your state of being. Each class includes a long opening breathing exercise (pranayam), a yoga set (kriya) that calls on your breath, and a breath-based meditation to end.
