Guru Ram Das Chant
First Friday of the Month
9:00-10:00pm
Hari Darshan and Krishna Kaur
It is a practice of self-discipline that allows one to express the infinite within oneself.
Attending the Aquarian Sadhana is not the same as attending a Kundalini Yoga class. The leader will guide you through the exercises with no extra words, stories, or encouragement. Talking is kept to a minimum to allow for a deeper personal practice.
Sadhana is a self-victory, a victory over time and space. When you get up for sadhana 2.5 hours before the sun rises, you defeat a part of yourself because you don’t want to get up. Getting up is a victory over time, and doing it is a victory over space!
Aquarian Sadhana begins at 4:00am with the recitation of the prayer Japji Sahib followed by tuning in with the Adi Mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. Next is a Kundalini Yoga kriya and relaxation. We will then chant the 7 Aquarian Sadhana Mantras – Morning Call – Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru, Waah Yantee, Mul Mantra, Sat Siri Siri Akal, Rakhay Rakhanhar, Wahe Guru Jio, and Guru Ram Das Chant.
