Friday Night Writes harnesses the magic of Kundalini teachings to deep dive into the creative state where words and feelings flow from the cushion to the page.
Together we’ll move through a Kundalini Kriya (yoga sequence) to get out of the head and into the heart. We’ll drop in with a meditation for creativity, removing creative blockages and fear so we can get still enough to feel the flow.
We’ll write for 11 minutes – just enough to see what happens when we’ve dropped our guard, our inner critic, and the need to look good. There will be an optional share without critique in a deeply held space of open ears and hearts. No experience necessary. Bring your favourite notebook + pen or type it out on your device.

About the Teacher
