In this series of 5 workshops you will be introduced to ancient technologies of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Each session will focus on a different element of Chinese Medicine in how it relates to and merges with the experience of Kundalini Yoga. These elements are Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to the Earth Element: how it manifests via the organ systems (spleen and stomach); diet; lifestyle; emotion; and spiritual evolution via kriyas, meditations and pranayamas. Particular themes that will be addressed include learning how to digest life easily and manage your energy while letting go of worry.
No prior experience in Kundalini Yoga or TCM is required.

About the Teacher
Bir Kaur Khalsa is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and IAYT certified Kundalini Yoga Therapist. The foundation of her 3 year yoga therapy training in TCM sparked her interest to learn more. She is currently a 3rd-year acupuncture student at Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine. Bir Kaur has over 18 years of experience and education in western and eastern healing modalities.
