  • 4 – 6:30 am Morning Sadhana
  • 7:30 – 9 pm Adi Shakti Meditation and Gong Relaxation: “The Adi Shakti Mantra tunes one into the frequency of the Divine Mother, and to the primal protective, generating energy. It is said that chanting it eliminates fears and fulfills desires.”*  This meditation takes place on the 2nd Friday of each month. 62 minutes of Adi Shakti followed by live gong relaxation.

  • 4 – 6:30 am Morning Sadhana
  • 10 am – 12 pm Sat Nam Rasayan: Sat Nam Rasayan® means “Deep Relaxation in the True Identity.” It is an ancient healing art of pure meditative absorption in the Divine.  This workshop will include an introduction to the practice of Sat Nam Rasayan, meditation, and relaxation.  Led by Sat Meher and friends.
  • 1 – 4 pm Stories of Yogi Bhajan with Krishna Kaur and Hari Darshan Singh: Travel back to the day when Yogi Bhajan personally guided his students by poking, provoking, and elevating them to be ten times more powerful than himself.  Join Krishna and Hari Darshan, past Toronto Trainers of the KRI Teacher Training, for a throw back Kundalini Yoga class, Guru Ram Das Meditation led by Hari Darshan on guitar, and lots of personal stories of the early days of Kundalini Yoga in Toronto. Do you know someone who did their Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Krishna and Hari Darshan, help us spread the news about their return to Toronto for the 50th Anniversary and meet us there for a reunion.  All are welcome!
  • 6 – 8:30 pm Long Chant Meditation: The “third Saturday of the month” tradition continues. All are invited to join us for our 2.5 hour “Long Ek Ong Kar” meditation.  Chanting this mantra brings Kundalini awakening, opening of the chakras, and a sense of bliss. This mantra, in its Long Chant form (also called Long Ek Ong Kar or Morning Call), was the first mantra taught by Yogi Bhajan. He said it was the mantra of the Aquarian Age.
