Your voice, your body, and your internal hum effects your experience and all those around you. Gong Master Don Conreaux says, “You are a Gong! I am a Gong”. We are instruments.
How do we use our body and our voice as an instrument of transformation? How do we transform our relationship to external instruments such as drums? Come and be playful and find out! Join Amardeep, Annie, and Barb for this exploration into vibrations, resonances, and subtleties.
Amardeep leads you in:
- Exploring your internal hum of healing and tuning up each chakra with different notes on the Shruti box
- Moving energy with a short series of physical exercises – Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance
Annie leads you in:
- Vibrating and clearing stagnant energy in the body with tuning forks, tuned to planetary resonances or hertz (Hz)
- Components of sacred geometry for healing and daily living
Barb leads you in:
- Playing sacred sound instruments, including bowls, for relaxation and healing
- Intuitive playing with drums – freeing your body’s own rhythms
After our playful learnings, we will chant together, vibrating the skull as a gong with the mantra Ong (infinite creative energy), and then release and relax in a multiple gong, extended Gong Bath. To complete our vibratory experience, we will meditate with the mantra Ang Sang Wahe Guru, invoking the ecstasy of the Universe vibrating in every cell of the body. We will finish our experience with a silent meditation.
