AUTUMN EQUINOX: RELEASE • RENEW • REIMAGINE
The Autumn Equinox invites us into a moment of balance—a threshold between seasons and an opportunity to pause, release, and begin again.
Join Alejandro for a special evening of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, ritual, and community as we welcome the arrival of autumn and consciously prepare for the final months of 2026.
Bonfire Release Ritual
We’ll begin by reflecting on what we are ready to leave behind—old patterns, beliefs, habits, fears, or anything that no longer serves who we are becoming. We’ll offer these intentions to the fire, creating space for something new to emerge.
Kundalini Yoga + Meditation
Through movement, breath, mantra, and meditation, we’ll cultivate clarity and reconnect with the energy we want to carry forward.
Yogi Tea + Community
We’ll close by sharing warm yogi tea together, grounding ourselves in community and the energy of the new season.
As 2026 begins its final chapter, this is an opportunity to ask: What am I ready to release? What do I want to nurture? Who do I want to be as I complete this year?
Open to all ages, all experience levels, and the wider community. No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is necessary.
Registration: Space is limited, please pre-register.
Single: $45 + hst
Bring a Friend:: $80 + hst
Cancellation policy is 12 hours prior to the class.
Location: College & Palmerston. Address details will be provided upon registration.
Alejandro Santiago is a Life Coach and yoga instructor.
He first experienced the benefits of kundalini yoga when he was a student at Parsons School of Design in New York City. To cope with the stress of university he cultivated a practice of pranayama, an ancient form of yogic breathwork.
Today, He teaches people how to get out of their heads and into their breath by merging the western practices of Mindfulness based in self-compassion and yogic pranayama meditations. He studied Compassionate Inquiry, a therapeutic approach to uncover and heal trauma in our bodies created by Dr. Gabor Maté.
When he’s not teaching and coaching he works as a portrait photographer in Toronto.
