Sit, dwell in the thoughts and words of the soul, and peel away all your non-reality with the vastness of your spirit. – Yogi Bhajan
Aquarian Sadhana is an early morning practice to cleanse your mind, uplift your spirit, and set your day. It includes Japji (the Sikh morning prayer), Kundalini Yoga, and chanting. This same practice is done by Kundalini Yoga communities around the world. It was originally given to us in 1992 by Yogi Bhajan as a way to excel in life and connect through group consciousness.
We offer Aquarian Sadhana as a free event on the 3rd Friday of every month. This month it happens to fall on Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. Wake up with us and greeting the rising sun with meditation and prayer. Everyone is welcome – no previous experience required. Handouts with Japji and all 7 Aquarian Mantras will be provided.
