When we feel we cannot cope or manage the demands placed on us by other people, our work situation, life events or our relationships, we experience stress. Stress is not an external set of circumstances; it’s the way we interpret and react to those circumstances. This internal stress is often the trigger that drives us to addictive behaviours.
Join Nirmal Singh for a 3-hour workshop to experience Kundalini Yoga to understand your stress response, and use reflective tools to help you better manage your addictive and demoting habits. No prior yoga or meditation experience required, all are welcome.
