Explore The 21 Stages of Meditation and deepen your contemplative capacity, with Sat Dharam Kaur ND & Gurucharan Singh Khalsa PhD. 

The course takes us through three meditative journeys, experiencing 21 different meditations, to discover and refine the Crystallized Self, the Expressive Self and the Transcendent Self. In the process you willrecognize the layers that separate you from your essential nature and be able to release identification with them.

If you have just started taking Kundalini Yoga, this course is a great foundation for deepening your understanding of meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

If you are a Kundalini Yoga teacher, this course will deepen your practice and provide the skills you need to help you identify where your students are at and how to take them further.

If you practice a different style of meditation, this course will broaden the scope of what you understand meditation to be and open new doors of perception in your life and practice.

If you have been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga for years, this course will reawaken your passion for the practice and provide the groundwork for a new understanding of how far you have come and how to bring greater clarity and precision to your practice.

The course is open to anyone, from any meditative tradition. Some meditation experience is an asset. The course is also part of the requirements for Level Three certification in the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

GSK Image 4792 head_0Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D., LPCC, is a leading Trainer in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and has helped to compile and elucidate Yogi Bhajan’s teachings since 1969. Gurucharan Singh combines Western scientific training with Eastern traditions to develop practical approaches to personal growth and fulfillment. His first degrees and graduate studies were from Harvey Mudd College and Claremont Graduate School. His major emphasis was in mathematics, with a broad training in physics, chemistry, engineering and a minor in psychology. Later Gurucharan Singh earned both an M.Ed. at Boston University and a Ph.D. in psychology with an emphasis on research in meditation and clinical counseling. He has a keen understanding of Humanology, the psychology of personal excellence developed by Yogi Bhajan, and has used it in clinical practice for three decades as well as developed trainings in Humanology for therapists and healers.

She has studied Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan since 1976 and has facilitated teacher training programs in Toronto (ON), Canmore (AB), and New Mexico. She has developed an addiction recovery program using Kundalini Yoga as well as a breast health yoga training, designed to help educate women in breast cancer prevention through Kundalini Yoga and lifestyle change.
