Yoga for Writers: Kundalini Yoga Workshop

Writing is an act of creation. Whether you write to explore your thoughts, make sense of the world, to express something burning inside of you struggling to get out, or to tell a simple story, making space to write is the first step.
This 3-hour workshop creates this space through kundalini yoga and writing exercises with a focus on:
- finding an entry point to writing
- clearing creative blocks
- developing tools for effective writing
It is for anyone who considers spending 3-hours on a Saturday afternoon creating, a worthwhile endeavour.

Time: 1-4 pm
