Want to heal, relax, and release tensions and worries? Come experience the power and mystery of 10 Nights of Gong Immersion – recommended by Yogi Bhajan as a cure for what ails you. Join us nightly from 9:15 – 10 pm for a 45 minute gong relaxation. Rest on your back or in a restorative posture, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of this powerful instrument.
Note: It is recommended to attend all 10 nights for optimal effect. However, if you are able to drop in (space permitting), please do so. 1 gong bath is better than none. 10 in a row – amazing!
Arrive early so as not to disturb those in relaxation. Yoga mats will be provided, but we recommend bringing your own blanket or shawl. We’ll have some extras if you don’t have one 🙂
