Return of the Light
Winter Solstice Celebration
at the Ashram

with the Toronto Kundalini Yoga Community

lotusyoga Expired Workshops

Join 3HO Toronto, Lotus Yoga Centre and the Toronto kundalini yoga community for Winter Solstice, the time-honoured turning point of the year. The word solstice means “sun stands still” and marks the day in the cycle of nature where we experience the least amount of light, and then a renewal of light as the days begin to get longer and the light stronger through the months ahead.

To celebrate this transition we will come together for a workshop to honoor the return of the light with intention setting and kundalini yoga, followed by an Indian style vegetarian meal, a group meditation to enhance your radiance and expansion, and a gong sound immersion experience. You are welcome to join us for part or all of the program.

Please join us for some or all of the festivities:
