Taoist Qigong originated from shamanic healing rituals and totemic dances appearing around the time of the Neolithic Ice Age. The practice of such ancient Chinese spiritual tradition is not only a kaleidoscope of movements and sounds but also a land of stillness and silence.
Kick-start your New Year by stepping into the art of Taoist inner alchemy to awaken your latent inner potential.
In this workshop, you will learn sacred dance movements, healing sounds and meditation that will help cleanse and strengthen your body and improve your physical and psychological well-being.
Please Note: This is a 2-part workshop series (January 20th & February 3rd) and you are highly encouraged to attend both workshops so that you capture as much of the basics of Taoist Qigong as possible. However, if you missed the first workshop, you are welcome to attend just the second one.

About the Teacher
Chui Choo Felicia Tan brings energy medicine (Qi healing), Taoist Alchemical/Medical Qigong (breath, shamanic dance and mindfulness) and sounds to her healing work – providing a spiritual space and dimension for your healing and transformation. She hopes to bring such ancient wisdom, teachings, and practices to help others find their inner light and allow their full potential to blossom.
Felicia grew up in a family practicing an amalgam of Taoist and Buddhist customs, rituals and traditions. Hence, it came as no surprise that she went back to her roots and was initiated into the Taoist Dragon Gate Lineage, under the guidance of her Sifu: poet, dancer and healer – Sat Chuen Hon of the New York Dantao Qigong School. She is currently a Medical Qigong Therapist.
Felicia is also certified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and a student of various musical instruments including Sitar and Guqin.
