Spring has arrived! Let’s get vibed up, release what’s been held, and make room for our innate abundant energy. Traditional wisdom, ancient practices, and more recently modern science, reminds us that the essential nature of our material world (including we humans) is vibration. In this session, we engage in a basic exploration of attunement connected to the physical, energetic, and subtle bodies using sound as our main tool.
Focused on the major Nadis (energy channels) and 7 main Chakras (energy centres), facilitators Jet Feather and Nisha Ahuja will host a discussion on sound vibration, followed by an immersive therapeutic sound bath. Immerse yourself in the sounds of traditional instruments, vocal toning, Mantras, earth-based vocalisation, singing bowls, and harmonics as a pathway for activating self-healing possibilities. Clear your wounds, release stuck energy, and rejuvenate through the power of sound. Let’s vibe up and connect!
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to get cozy (we’ll have a limited supply of extras, but it’s best to come prepared).
