Join Amardeep Bliss and Sat Meher for an afternoon of healing and universal vibrations.

Your Sacred Sound Session includes a brief introduction to sound healing, warm-ups to stretch the body, a 31-minute relaxation where you will be bathed in the sounds of live symphonic gong and crystal bowls, Sat Nam Rasayan by Sat Meher, and an 11-minute mantra meditation. We’ll close the session in silence, tuning into the subtleties of our inner vibrations.

Sat Nam Rasayan means “Deep Relaxation in the True Identity.” It is an ancient healing modality art of pure meditative absorption in the Divine. Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan means entering a state of total surrender, becoming nothing, and operating from the state of shuniya. The mind of the Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner becomes transcendent and in the vastness of this consciousness, healing can occur.

Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to get cozy (we’ll have a limited supply of extras, but it’s best to come prepared).

About the Teachers

Amardeep Bliss is a life-long learner, PhD candidate in Education, and Kundalini & Restorative Yoga teacher. Her classes include a focus on the practice of Ahimsa (non-harming) and honouring where you are in the present moment. She has travelled and taught in several countries including Germany, Japan, Korea, Croatia, and Canada. Enthusiastic about sacred sound and vibration, she plays the symphonic gong & crystal singing bowls. Amardeep is grateful to the Golden Chain of teachers including Yogi Bhajan, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, and Thich Nhat Hanh. “Travel light, live light, spread the light, be the light.” – Yogi Bhajan. Sat Meher Kaur has been a Kundalini Yoga teacher over 10 years. She has studied Conscious Communication, Mind & Meditation, Authentic Relationships , Lifecycles & Lifestyles, and Vitality & Stress with Pritpal Kaur and Pritpal Singh. She has been a Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner Level 1 (studying with Guru Dev Singh). She enjoys attending Summer Solstice, women’s camp, and White Tantric Yoga. She has studied in the US, Canada, and Brazil. Come to the session, learn about Sat Nam Rasayan, and ask her some questions!
