Join Amardeep to Restore & Relax. This special class includes an hour of Restorative Yoga with healing the sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls. No yoga experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
If you have a busy schedule or a yang (active) lifestyle, this practice is perfect for you to balance with yin (relaxed and slow moving) energy. Ahhh, super chill!
You will unwind body and soul with soothing sounds of crystal bowls and surrender into the comfort of various restorative yoga postures for 5 or more minutes each. Using bolsters and blankets, your body will be completely supported as you sink deeper into muscle, fascia, and possible emotional release. We will conclude the session with a Meditation for a Calm Heart, a Kundalini Yoga meditation.
Some of the benefits of a restorative yoga practice include:
- Soothing the nervous system
- Cultivating body awareness
- Strengthening acceptance to what is in the moment
- Helping you feel safe and nurtured
Registration is limited to 9 participants – sign up in advance to reserve your spot.
