We are born with a perfect, natural, diaphragmatic breathing mechanism. However, many of us have lost that innate ability to comfortably draw in the very “fuel of life”.
In this workshop – lead by David Aleksis – we first examine your breathing habits and then learn (perhaps re-learn) natural breathing techniques that can transform your overall health and well-being. We will practise specific breathing exercises and meditations that will energize, promote deep relaxation, alleviate stress and improve your relationship with yourself. Breathing is the most basic and essential human function. Befriend it.
No yoga experience or physical requirements are required to attend this workshop. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
