<p>The Creative Self is a steady flow of authentic action and innovation that we bring to all the roles that we have to fulfill in our lives. When the Creative Self is strong, we are vibrant, clear, and embrace each of our choices and roles; we never lose our heart and clarity. All of us become distracted, absorbed and confused at times. We need a strong inner compass to help us know where we are. Meditation gives us that. There are seven stages of meditation and  seven &#8220;gems&#8221;. The practice of the stages develops the Creative Self.</p>

<p>Every circumstance, task and person that we connect with forms an imprint and an entanglement with us. With a clear sense of our self and heart, we can transform each entanglement to a connection that frees and heals. To bring our creative self to fruition and success, we need to elevate from within our heart. With the insight of intuition and with vitality, we need to act. The meditations we will practice, open and connect the heart and third eye. The capacity to heal ourselves is a natural part of this stage of meditation.</p>

<p>Over the classes you will learn techniques to:</p>

<li>get out of your thinking mind and into your intuitive body</li>
<li>breathe and stretch to increase vitality and energy</li>
<li>awaken your all-knowing yogic neutral mind</li>
<li>deal effectively with negative emotions</li>
<li>expand your perspective</li>
<li>Crush procrastination</li>
</ul>
<p>Each class will involve yoga sets, meditations and writing exercises to form your powerful new self.</p>

<p>A systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation by leading the awareness through many levels. On a deeper level it is a practice which alters the brain waves, taking you into the state between wakefulness and sleep. In this state, false belief patterns and habits that we have developed over time, begin to peel away, revealing a peaceful, joyous state of pure presence. Students will experience deep relaxation and relief from day-to-day stress, the development of one-pointed focus (a key to spiritual awakening), healing from painful emotions, such as fear, grief, and anger, and better quality of sleep. It is a practice that is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.</p>
