Depression and anxiety can occur when different aspects of your mind are imbalanced, limiting your ability to access a state of neutrality and peace within. Balancing the protective and creative aspects of the mind allows you to make decisions that are in alignment with your unique destiny and essence, while giving you a clearer sense of your purpose, belonging, and intuition.
This workshop is designed to give you a powerful experience of elevation – of reconnecting with your essence in harmony. Through a dynamic and specific set of Kundalini Yoga postures, meditations, mantra, and breathing techniques, you will experience a tangible balance of the different aspects of your mind. We will also explore depression in relationship to Chinese Medicine, the importance of a daily practice (sadhana), and simple everyday yogic tools to relieve excess worry or stress that causes anxiety. Join us to set yourself on the path towards a peaceful mind, and empower yourself with the yogic knowledge to get you there. No experience with Kundalini Yoga is necessary.
