ELDOA is a method of postural exercises, designed to create space in the spine, one vertebra at a time. Created by French osteopath Guy Voyer, postures are held to place the fascia in tension and target a space within a pair of joints to restore balance. Small movements wake up the core and develop awareness of the connection between the abdominals and the spine. ELDOA exercises result in pain reduction, increased blood flow, improvement in joint mechanics, better muscle tone, improved posture, spinal disc rehydration, and disc decompression.
At Lotus, we’ve been hearing great things about the results of ELDOA. Join us as we welcome Suzanne Frangipane, one of Toronto’s predominant teachers of ELDOA, for our first foray into this new method for fascia release and restoring spinal health.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
