Attract Love

with Shivalee Paliwal

lotusyoga Expired Workshops

Join Shivalee Paliwal for a powerful workshop in using intention and momentum to invite real love into your life.

“When life does not deliver on our longings we tend to think we are not worthy of our desires or that life simply has another plan for us. We may then approach our unmet dreams in different ways such as avoidance, suppression, rejection, or indifference. Most of these methods are attempts to rationalize our worthiness when what we crave is not coming our way.

My desire is to share another way of approaching our longing for love: to look it straight in the eye and welcome it in.

We will do purposeful work to examine new ways of thinking and feeling to shift our energetic state. We will shed old skin and connect with courage and grace to reveal our powerful essence of love and attraction. The tools we’ll work with are ones that I use regularly and ones that you will leave equipped to introduce into your own life. I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to share the science, method, and power of these practices with you.”

– Shivalee Paliwal

This workshop will include Kundalini yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, self-reflection, and focused energy work. No previous experience is needed, all that’s required is a strong yearning to invite real love into your life.

“Something amazing happens when we surrender and just love. We melt into another world, a realm of power already within us. The world changes when we change. The world softens when we soften. The world loves us when we choose to love the world.”  – Marianne Williamson

About the Teacher

Shivalee Paliwal spent most of her years as a classic type A personality – always on the go, filled with a sense of urgency, and looking for the next thing to tackle. Her lifestyle lacked balance and consequently impacted her health and well-being. Being of Indian descent and having been exposed to yoga growing up, she had a natural affinity to the practice and philosophy. Shivalee describes yoga as her ‘self-healing toolbox’ which allows her to continue to keep up and engage fully with life’s excitement and challenges while also building a strong, healthy, and balanced self.

Shivalee holds her certification to teach Kundalini Yoga, has over 10 years of experience teaching classical and contemporary dance, holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, is an honours mathematics major, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and is trained and experienced in adult education.
