Want to heal, relax, and release tensions and worries? Come experience the power and mystery of 12 Nights of Gong Immersion – recommended by Yogi Bhajan as a cure for what ails you. The symphonic sound of the gong suspends the mind’s thought patterns, reduces stress, and promotes physical and mental healing by stimulating the glandular system and facilitating the break up of emotional blockages.
We’ll start things off on February 15th at 7:30 pm with a special Kick-Off Class with Kundalini Yoga, Gong, Cacao, and Reiki led by Amardeep Bliss and Claudia Gaviria.
After that, join us nightly at 9:15 pm for a 45-minute gong relaxation. Rest on your back or in a restorative posture, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of this powerful instrument.
Note: It is recommended to attend all 12 nights for optimal effect. However, if you are able to drop in, please do so. 1 gong bath is better than none. 12 in a row – amazing!
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. We’ll have some extras if you don’t have one, but not enough for everyone 🙂

Why 12 Nights of Gong?
We were inspired by a story from a student of Yogi Bhajan’s, Gong Master Don Conreaux:
Yogi-ji told me that his older son Rambir wouldn’t talk when he was a young child. So, he gave him a 45-minute full out gonging, and then happily afterwards he would never stop talking. Yogi-ji then confided to me that a minimum of ten 45-minute full gong tone immersions in a row could cure practically anything. In the long nights of winter twelve 45-minute gong bath immersions [allow our] innate consciousness to be super-conducting while the ego is in suspension.
