The beginning of each season is a unique opportunity to strengthen your body and specific organs. In the Spring we have an opportunity to cleanse the liver, gallbladder and body joints by eating “Spring” foods.
Spring is a time of new, fresh beginnings, fertility, creativity, and planting seeds in all aspects of our life – seeds that will blossom into your golden future.
The cost for the cleanse is $175 and includes:
- 5 daily yoga classes (value – $75)
- an empowering meditation (including music CD) to practice each morning and evening
- 5 daily inspirational emails and my support
- comprehensive instructions and meal recipes for the cleanse
- lifestyle guidelines based on yogic teachings – things to do to increase the benefits of your cleanse like dry skin brushing, alternating hot/cold showers, how to give yourself an enema etc…
*Cleanse classes without the nutrition regime – $75. Any missed classes can be made-up at other times on the schedule. If the course is full, there may not be room for class drop-ins unless purchased in advance.
