Welcome to Lotus Yoga Centre

Come and be uplifted by the ancient healing tradition of Kundalini Yoga.
Our drop-in classes use yogic postures, specialized breathing, mantras, meditation, and relaxation. Beginners are always welcome to take any class, there are no levels.
We also host many events & workshops from a variety of traditions.
